This case is designed for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, model family SM-S918. It does not fit the standard Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus or Galaxy S23 FE. Check the model number in your phone's Settings before ordering because the cases in the Galaxy S23 family are different sizes and shapes.

The soft inner layer sits against the phone to help absorb shock. The hard outer section reinforces the case and helps deflect everyday contact. A matte surface adds grip without the oversized feel of a full-body enclosure, while the raised perimeter helps reduce direct contact around vulnerable glass edges.
This case is designed to reduce ordinary cosmetic damage; it is not waterproof, dustproof or indestructible. No phone case can guarantee that a device will remain undamaged after every fall, crush or impact. A compatible screen protector can be purchased separately if additional front-glass coverage is required.

Supplier-order availability

Installation and care
- Remove any existing case and clean dust or grit from the phone.
- Place the phone into the soft inner layer, starting with one side.
- Press the remaining corners into place using your fingers only.
- Check that the cameras, charging port, speakers and controls align correctly.
Remove the case occasionally and clean trapped dust using a soft, dry cloth. Do not use sharp tools, abrasive cleaners, strong chemicals or excessive heat.
