    ⚠️ Important — The S21 Ultra Needs UV Glass, Not Standard Tempered Glass

    The Galaxy S21 Ultra has an aggressively curved display. Standard 2.5D flat tempered glass is designed for flat screens — it sticks at the centre but lifts off the curved edges. Those gaps catch your thumb, look terrible, and create an air pocket directly above the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. With an air gap present, the sensor cannot read your fingerprint.

    Step 1 — Always choose UV glass

    This is the only correct choice for the S21 Ultra. UV liquid glue glass is the standard for all curved Samsung Ultra models — S21, S22, and S23. Do not buy flat 2.5D glass for this phone.

    Step 2 — Consider your privacy needs

    If you use your phone in public, on public transport, or for sensitive work, a privacy protector limits your screen to 180° viewing. The person next to you sees only a dark screen.

    Step 3 — Protect the camera lenses too

    The S21 Ultra has five cameras in a large raised island. One scratch on any lens permanently affects every photo. A camera lens protector is a small cost compared to a lens replacement or living with scratched shots.

    Step 4 — Check case compatibility

    UV glass fills the screen to the very edge of the phone. Some thick or raised-bezel cases can press on the glass edges. Thin or flush-edge cases are the best match for UV curved glass on the S21 Ultra.

    Why does the S21 Ultra need UV glass and not regular tempered glass?
    The S21 Ultra display curves sharply on both sides. Regular flat tempered glass sits flat — it bonds at the centre but lifts off the curved edges. That gap blocks the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and the glass quickly peels off entirely. UV liquid glue fills the gap. It floods into every curved surface and hardens under a UV light to form a complete optical bond, making the glass behave as if it were moulded directly to the screen.
    Will the UV glass work with my S21 Ultra fingerprint sensor?
    Yes — when correctly installed. The Kinglas 3D UV glass is specifically engineered to maintain compatibility with the S21 Ultra's Qualcomm 3D Sonic ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The UV glue creates a solid optical bond with no air gap over the sensor zone, allowing the ultrasonic waves to read your fingerprint through the glass exactly as designed. Flat glass with an air gap over the sensor causes consistent read failures.
    Is the UV glue safe for the S21 Ultra screen?
    Yes. UV LOCA (Liquid Optically Clear Adhesive) is the same adhesive technology used in professional phone display bonding. It is optically transparent, does not yellow over time, and does not damage the oleophobic coating on the S21 Ultra's display. The adhesive only cures under UV light — it will not harden prematurely during installation. Removal, when needed, is done by peeling from one corner under heat.
    What is CSG High-Aluminum glass?
    CSG (China Safety Glass) High-Aluminum tempered glass contains an elevated aluminium oxide content that makes it harder and more chemically stable than standard soda-lime glass. It is rated 9H on the pencil hardness scale — the highest available — resistant to scratching from keys, coins, and most everyday objects. Optical transparency stays at ≥92%, meaning colours and brightness remain true to your display.
    Do camera lens protectors reduce photo quality on the S21 Ultra?
    No — not when correctly installed. At 0.33mm and ≥92% light transmission, the optical effect on the S21 Ultra's 108MP main sensor and periscope telephoto is negligible. The greater risk is the alternative: a single scratch on any of the five S21 Ultra camera lenses affects every photo permanently. Camera lenses cannot be polished and a replacement camera module is expensive.
    Can I install UV glass myself at home?
