    Shipping policy

    Order Processing & Dispatch

    We strive to dispatch all orders promptly, typically within 2-4 business days. However, during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing may occasionally take up to 5 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.

    Shipping Services & Couriers

    We currently offer the following shipping services:

    • Australia Post – Standard & Express shipping options available.
    • Sendle – Utilizes CouriersPlease and Aramex for courier deliveries.

    You can choose your preferred shipping service at checkout. Please note, the chosen service affects only the delivery speed after dispatch and does not influence the dispatch processing time.

    Delivery Timeframes

    Delivery timeframes vary based on your location and chosen shipping service. Please note these are estimates:

    • Australia Post Standard: Typically 3-10 business days after dispatch.
    • Australia Post Express: Typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.
    • Sendle (CouriersPlease & Aramex): Typically 2-7 business days after dispatch.

    Once items have been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

    Tracking Your Order

    You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your dispatch email or via your account on our website using your order number.

    Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

    Items are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this address is accurate and complete.

    We are not liable for:

    • Lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    • Parcels damaged during transit, except where caused by our negligence.
    • Delays due to external courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

    Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

    If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 business days from dispatch, please:

    • Contact your local Post Office or courier depot first.
    • If unresolved, contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at sales@jpcmobileaccessories.com.au. Australia Post and Sendle require 15 business days to officially declare an item lost.

    Damaged Parcels

    If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain packaging and provide clear photographs. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@jpcmobileaccessories.com.au for assistance.

    Liability Disclaimer

    JPC Mobile Accessories is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by couriers.
    • Items damaged during delivery, unless directly due to our negligence.
    • Parcels returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
    • Losses arising from failure to collect parcels promptly from Australia Post or courier pickup points.
