Faulty or Incorrect Items

Repair & Service Warranty
All in-store repair work completed by JPC Mobile – Tech Repair & Accessories is backed by our workmanship warranty.
Please note that repair or installation services (such as screen, battery, or component replacements) are non-refundable once completed.
Resolution Timeframe
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved claims for store credit or replacement are typically processed within 7–15 business days of receiving your item.
