Compatibility
This case is made for the standard Samsung Galaxy S23, model family SM-S911. It is not designed for the Galaxy S23 Plus, S23 Ultra or S23 FE. Check your phone model in Settings before ordering because cases for different Galaxy S23 models are not interchangeable.
Protection and fit
The soft inner layer sits against the phone and helps absorb shock, while the hard outer layer adds reinforcement. The textured matte surface improves grip and helps resist visible handling marks. This case is intended to reduce the risk of everyday cosmetic damage. It is not waterproof, dustproof or indestructible, and no case can guarantee that a phone will remain undamaged after every drop or impact. A compatible screen protector can be purchased separately for additional front-glass coverage.

Care and installation
- Remove any existing case and wipe dust or grit from the phone.
- Fit the phone into the soft inner layer, starting with one side.
- Press the remaining corners into place without using sharp tools.
- Check that the camera opening, charging port, speakers and buttons align correctly.
Remove the case occasionally and clean trapped dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive heat and abrasive cleaners.
