    Important Care & Use Note

    PU leather is a synthetic material — wipe clean with a slightly damp microfibre cloth, never alcohol, acetone or harsh solvents. Avoid leaving the closed case in direct summer sun on a car dashboard for extended periods to keep the outer finish supple. Do not immerse in water — the case is splash-resistant only, not waterproof.

    Magnetic clasp is set to a safe field strength but, like any magnet, keep the closed cover away from old-style magnetic-stripe hotel keys, parking access cards and credit cards stored elsewhere — chip-and-PIN bank cards inside the wallet slots are unaffected.

    Is this real leather?+
    No — and we will never claim it is. This case is made from synthetic PU (polyurethane) leather with a TPU shock-absorbing inner shell. It is honestly labelled as a premium aftermarket accessory, not genuine animal leather and not a Samsung-branded original.
    How many credit cards fit inside the wallet?+
    Three internal card slots take Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, drivers licence, ID, Go card or transit cards — plus a full-width side pocket behind the card stack for folded notes or receipts.
    Will the magnetic clasp affect signal, NFC or wireless charging?+
    No. The magnet is set well below any field strength that interferes with the S22 Ultra modem, NFC reader, compass sensor or Qi wireless coil. Wireless charging works — open the cover and place the back of the case on the pad.
    Does the case block the S Pen?+
    No. The bottom edge has a precision cutout that clears the S Pen door so the pen slides in and out as designed. The S Pen sits in its slot, not in the case.
    Can I take calls with the cover closed?+
    Yes. The top of the front cover has a small earpiece cutout. Answer with the closed cover against your ear and the audio comes through clearly — handy when driving or with hands full.
    Which colour should I choose?+
    All five colours share the exact same internal layout, magnet strength and TPU inner shell — pick what suits your daily look. Black hides scuffs best, Blue (Navy) is softer than black for business use, Brown ages with character, Red is easy to spot in a bag, Rose Gold leans premium and fashion-forward.
    How do I clean the case?+
    Wipe with a slightly damp microfibre cloth. Never use alcohol, acetone, bleach or harsh solvents — these strip the PU finish. Avoid leaving the closed case on a sunny dashboard for hours to keep the outer supple.
    Is there a warranty on the case?+
    Cases are wear accessories and are not covered by a manufacturer warranty. Every case is bench-inspected before dispatch from the workshop. If your case arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days for a no-fuss replacement.
