Fingerprint and case compatibility
These phones use on-screen fingerprint recognition. Any third-party glass can affect fingerprint response. After installation, enable Samsung's Touch sensitivity setting if required and re-register fingerprints. Performance can vary by installation and device.
Case fit also varies. A case with a tight or raised inner lip can press against the protector and cause edge lifting. Fit the protector before the case and check clearance around every edge.
Installation
- Remove any existing protector and clean and dry the display thoroughly.
- Use the earpiece, camera opening and screen edges to check alignment before lowering the glass.
- Press from the centre outward and work out trapped air carefully.
- Allow the adhesive to settle before fitting a case or using the device heavily.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure about alignment or dust control.
