This shared fit is possible because iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro use the same listed case size. It does not mean the case fits every device in the iPhone 12 family. It is not compatible with iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro Max or later iPhone generations.
Before fitting the case, compare the camera opening, button positions and charging-port alignment with the phone. Do not force the case onto a device that does not align. A screen protector and camera-lens protector are separate products and are not included.

The supplier does not identify the specific test method, laboratory, drop height, number of drops or certification report, so no unverified test standard or guaranteed drop height is claimed here.
A protective case can help reduce the likelihood of damage, but no case can guarantee that a phone, screen, camera, frame or internal component will survive every impact. Results depend on drop height, angle, surface, existing device condition, correct installation and other circumstances. Handle the phone carefully and consider a compatible screen protector for additional front-glass coverage.
Installation
- Remove any existing case and disconnect charging cables or accessories.
- Clean and dry the phone, especially around the frame, cameras and buttons.
- Insert the top edge of the iPhone into the flexible section first.
- Press the remaining corners into place one at a time without twisting the phone.
- Check that the camera opening, buttons, speakers and charging port align correctly.
- Confirm the flexible edge sits evenly around the display and does not lift an installed screen protector.
To remove the case, start at a lower corner and gently ease the flexible edge away from the phone. Avoid pulling sharply on the camera opening or bending the rigid section farther than necessary.
Care and everyday use
Remove the case periodically to clear dust or grit that can collect between the phone and the case. Wipe the case with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry it fully before reinstalling. Avoid bleach, abrasive powders, harsh solvents and high heat. Do not install the case while the phone or case is wet.
Inspect the case after a significant impact. Replace it if the rigid shell is cracked, the flexible frame is split, the corners are permanently distorted or the fit becomes loose. Cosmetic wear, marks and gradual color changes can occur through normal handling and contact with other materials.

Availability
All six colors remain listed under current Crazy Parts product 22234. At the time of research, Black and Navy were low in both supplier warehouses; Rose Gold was low in Sydney and out in Melbourne; Silver was in stock in Sydney and out in Melbourne; Mint and Red were out in both warehouses. Black, Navy, Rose Gold and Silver can remain orderable while supplier or local stock is available. Mint and Red remain unavailable until positive stock returns. JPC's tracked local quantities have not been changed.
