    Does the built-in screen protector affect touch sensitivity? +
    The integrated polycarbonate screen protector is engineered to maintain full touch sensitivity across the S26 Ultra's display. Standard finger touch and gestures work normally. Note: In water, the touchscreen may respond differently due to water contact — this is normal behaviour for any touchscreen device.
    Does the magnetic ring work with MagSafe accessories? +
    Yes. Redpepper specifically designed the Dot+ magnetic ring to provide better suction with MagSafe products. It attaches to MagSafe chargers and MagSafe-compatible car mounts. The Samsung S26 Ultra has no native MagSafe — this ring adds that magnetic alignment so MagSafe accessories attach and hold securely.
    Can I access the S Pen while the case is on? +
    The Redpepper Dot+ is a fully sealed IP68 waterproof case. Access to the S Pen slot may require opening or removing a port seal cover to maintain the waterproof rating.     How does the lanyard attach to the case? +
    The lanyard attaches to a dedicated anchor point built into the case frame. The case is designed specifically to support lanyard use without compromising its waterproof seal. Use the lanyard when hiking, water sports, or any situation where an accidental drop would be a risk.
    Will this fit the S25 Ultra or S26 Plus? +
    No. This case is precision-moulded for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra (SM-S948B) only. A waterproof case that does not fit perfectly cannot maintain its IP68 seal. The S25 Ultra, S26, and S26 Plus have different dimensions and will not seal correctly in this case.
