Will this strap work with my current phone case?
The REDEFYNE S02 comes with two types of connector clips. These work with most original and non-original phone cases. If your case has a strap hole or lug, the clip attaches directly. Check your case before ordering to confirm it has a compatible attachment point or strap slot.
What does the magnetic webbing do?
The braided lanyard contains magnetic material that causes the strap to automatically attract and align with itself. When you drop the strap, it doesn't tangle or bunch up. It snaps neatly together on its own. This keeps the strap tidy in your bag or on your desk when not in use.
How long is the strap and how do I adjust it?
The REDEFYNE S02 adjusts from 110cm to 210cm in length (43–82 inches). Metal buckles at both ends let you slide the strap to the exact length you want. This suits crossbody, over-shoulder, and neck carry for all body sizes. The adjustment is quick and stays locked once set.
