Water-resistance care

The IP67 rating applies only when the speaker and all covers are correctly closed and used within the manufacturer’s rated conditions. Do not charge the speaker while wet. Water resistance can reduce with wear and is not a guarantee against every type of liquid exposure.

Warranty and Australian Consumer Law

JPC Mobile provides a two-year voluntary warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, normal wear, battery degradation or liquid exposure outside the manufacturer’s rated conditions.

This voluntary warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
