    You press the power button and nothing happens. The battery is charged. No response at all from the power button.

    What does this flex cable actually do?
    This is the HDH-VOL-01 power and volume flex cable. It is a ribbon cable inside the Nintendo Switch Lite. It connects the power button and volume buttons to the main board. When it fails, those buttons stop responding.
    What Switch Lite models does this fit?
    This part fits the Nintendo Switch Lite (HDH-001). That is the standard Switch Lite model sold worldwide. It does not fit the original Nintendo Switch or Switch OLED. Those models use different internal parts entirely.
    What is a PULL-A part?
    PULL-A means the part was removed from a working donor console. It is a used part, not new. Each one is electrically tested before we sell it. Minor cosmetic marks may be present on the cable. Function is fully confirmed. The 12-month warranty still applies.
    My Switch Lite won't turn on — is this the right part?
    Possibly. This cable is a common cause. Try holding the power button for 15 seconds first. The console may just need a hard reset.     Can I install this myself?

    Does this fix the volume buttons too?
    Yes. The HDH-VOL-01 cable controls both the power button and the volume buttons. If your volume up or down is unresponsive, this is the same cable. Replacing it will restore both power and volume button function.
    What does the 12-month warranty cover?
    The warranty covers electrical failure of the flex cable itself. If the part stops working normally within 12 months, we will replace it. Physical damage caused during installation is not covered. The warranty starts on the date of purchase.
    Is this part tested before shipping?
    Yes. Every PULL-A part is tested before it leaves our Brisbane warehouse. We verify that power and volume button signals are working. Dead on arrival is extremely rare. Contact us immediately if your part is not working on arrival.
