Exact iPhone XS Max compatibility
This case is designed only for the Apple iPhone XS Max with a 6.5-inch display. Compatible model numbers include A1921, A2101, A2102, A2103 and A2104. It does not fit the smaller iPhone X or iPhone XS, the iPhone XR, iPhone 11 Pro Max or later iPhone models. Check Settings > General > About before ordering if the exact model is uncertain.
Clean the phone and the inside of the case before fitting so dust or grit is not trapped against the device. Seat the phone into the TPU section first and press each corner into place without forcing the buttons. Check that the sliding rear panel closes securely before carrying cards.
Using the card compartment
Do not force more than two standard cards into the compartment. Overfilling may strain the slider, prevent secure closure or damage cards. Remove cards before presenting the phone to payment terminals, transport readers or security scanners so the intended card is used. This case is not represented as an RFID-blocking wallet, and it does not replace normal precautions for protecting payment cards and identification.
A phone case can help reduce ordinary wear, but it cannot guarantee that the phone, screen, camera or cards will remain undamaged. No certified drop height, waterproof rating, scratch-proof guarantee or device-damage guarantee is claimed for this clearance product.
Wireless charging and care
The iPhone XS Max supports standard Qi wireless charging, but this case has no built-in MagSafe magnetic ring. Always remove every card from the rear compartment before wireless charging. The card-storage section and added thickness may affect charger alignment or performance, so remove the case if charging is interrupted or unusual heat develops. Never place bank cards, access cards or identification containing magnetic or contactless technology between a phone and a wireless charger.
Remove the case and all cards before cleaning. Wipe the case with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then allow it to dry completely before refitting. Do not soak the case or use bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners or excessive heat. Light and metallic colours can show wear differently, and colours may appear slightly different because of photography, lighting and display settings.
Availability and clearance status
Crazy Parts no longer returns an exact result for SKU SKYSLIDE-XSM-BLK or the iPhone XS Max product name. Its current search returns only the related iPhone 13 Pro Max Sky Slide case. Shopify presently records one positive local unit in Rose Gold; Black, Gold and Red show negative quantities and Silver shows zero. The product remains active because a positive local unit exists, but every colour is capped by tracked DENY inventory and no supplier backorder is promised. RepairDesk quantity reconciliation is required before any stock figure is corrected.
The A$5 price is retained as a clearance price. The previous A$0 compare-at value is removed because it is not a valid retail comparison.
