iPhone XS Max compatibility
This case is designed only for the Apple iPhone XS Max with a 6.5-inch display. Compatible model numbers include A1921, A2101, A2102, A2103 and A2104. It does not fit the smaller iPhone X or iPhone XS, the iPhone XR, iPhone 11 Pro Max or later iPhone models. If you are unsure, confirm the model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
Wipe the phone and microfibre lining before fitting so dust or grit is not trapped against the finish. Seat the top corners first, then gently press the lower edges into place. A separate screen protector can normally be used, although some edge-to-edge protectors may lift if their border overlaps the case.
Charging, protection and care
This case does not contain built-in MagSafe magnets. Standard Qi charging depends on the charger, phone position and any cards, metal plates or magnetic accessories attached to the case. Remove those items before charging; if charging is interrupted, remove the case and reposition the phone.
The case can help reduce everyday scuffs and minor impact damage, but no case can guarantee that a phone, screen or camera will remain undamaged. No certified drop height, waterproof rating, scratch-proof guarantee or device-damage guarantee is claimed.
Remove the case from the phone before cleaning. Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry completely. Avoid soaking, bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners and prolonged heat. Colours may appear slightly different because of photography and display settings.
