Compatibility
This case is designed only for the Apple iPhone XS Max with a 6.5-inch display. Compatible model numbers include A1921, A2101, A2102 and A2104. It does not fit the smaller iPhone X or iPhone XS, and it is not made for iPhone XR, iPhone 11 Pro Max or later models. Confirm your model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
Clean the phone and the inside of the case before installation so trapped dust or grit cannot rub against the finish. Fit the top corners first, then press the remaining edges into place. A separate screen protector can normally be used, although some edge-to-edge protectors may lift if their border overlaps the case.
Protection limits and care
This slim case can help reduce everyday wear and minor impact damage, but no case can guarantee that a phone, screen or camera will remain undamaged. No certified drop height, waterproof rating, anti-yellowing guarantee, scratch-proof finish or device-damage guarantee is claimed.
Clear materials can gradually show wear or discolouration through normal exposure to heat, sunlight, skin oils and other environmental factors. Remove the case and wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking, solvents, abrasives and bleach. For wireless charging, keep cards, metal plates and magnetic accessories away from the charging area.
