Exact iPhone XS Max compatibility
This case is designed for the Apple iPhone XS Max with a 6.5-inch display. Compatible model numbers include A1921, A2101, A2102, A2103 and A2104. It does not fit the smaller iPhone X or iPhone XS, the iPhone XR, iPhone 11 Pro Max or later iPhone models. Check Settings > General > About before ordering if you are unsure.
Remove grit from the phone and inner holder before fitting. Press each corner into the flexible shell without forcing the controls. A separate screen protector can normally be used, but a thick edge-to-edge protector may lift if it overlaps the holder.
Cards, charging and everyday care
Do not overfill the card slots or side pocket, as excess thickness can strain the stitching and prevent the clasp from closing correctly. Keep contactless, magnetic-stripe and access cards away from magnets when required by the card issuer, and remove sensitive cards before prolonged storage.
This case does not contain a MagSafe alignment ring. Wallet contents and the folio's thickness can interfere with standard Qi wireless charging, so remove all cards and other contents first. If charging does not begin or remains intermittent, remove the case and place the phone directly on the charger.
The case can help reduce everyday scuffs and minor knocks, but it cannot guarantee that the phone, screen, cameras, cards or other contents will remain undamaged. No certified drop height, waterproof rating, scratch-proof guarantee or device-damage guarantee is claimed.
Clean the empty case with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before refitting the phone or cards. Do not soak it or use solvents, bleach, abrasive cleaners or excessive heat. The outer is synthetic leather, not genuine animal leather. Colour and texture may vary slightly because of photography, display settings and normal production changes.
Availability: Black, Brown, Gold, Hot Pink, Navy, Rose Gold and Wine are currently available for supplier ordering. Mint and Red are retained as genuine colour choices but are unavailable while both Shopify and supplier stock are zero. Normal processing time applies before dispatch or pickup.
