    Does this case fit any other Samsung Galaxy model?+
    No. This case is moulded only for the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G — model A256B. It does not fit the A24, A26, A35, A55, A15, A05 or any S-series Galaxy. Each Samsung model has a different chassis and camera-bump layout. Always check your model under Settings → About phone.
    How many cards can I fit in the wallet?+
    There are two interior card pockets. Each pocket fits one card snugly. You can also fold cash flat behind the card layer. Most owners load a debit card, a transit card and a few notes. The leather softens slightly with use, allowing a tighter fit.
    Will the magnetic flap interfere with my Samsung phone?+
    No. The magnet is positioned in the corner of the flap, away from the screen and internal sensors. It will not affect the display, signal, NFC or wireless charging on the Galaxy A25 5G. Mercury has used the same lock design across hundreds of Samsung models without issue.
    Is the leather real or synthetic?+
    It is premium PU synthetic leather. PU leather looks and feels like real leather but is more durable, easier to clean and more colour-stable in the sun. It also avoids animal-product concerns. Many buyers prefer PU leather for daily-driver phone cases.
    Can I use the case as a stand to watch videos?+
    Yes. Fold the leather flap behind the phone and prop it on a flat surface. It holds the Galaxy A25 5G at a comfortable landscape viewing angle. Works for video calls, streaming and recipe reading hands-free.
    Will my colour look exactly like the photos?+
    Photos are a close guide, but the actual colour may differ slightly. Studio lighting and your monitor settings both affect how leather looks on screen. Mercury also reserves the right to refine leather grain and trim over time as the product is improved.
    Does it work with wireless charging?+
    The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G does not support wireless charging from the factory, so this question does not apply to the device itself. Wired USB-C charging works normally through the case — the bottom cutout fits Samsung and most third-party USB-C cables.
    Does it come with a wrist strap?+
    The case includes a strap hole on one corner but the strap itself is not included. Any standard phone wrist strap, lanyard or charm clip will attach. We stock straps and charms separately at our Forest Lake counter.

    No extended warranty. Dead-on-arrival cover applies for 7 days from delivery. If the case arrives damaged, with broken stitching or a faulty magnet, email or visit our Forest Lake store and we will assess and resolve. Australian Consumer Law protections also apply.
