Exact iPhone XS Max compatibility
This case is designed only for the Apple iPhone XS Max with a 6.5-inch display. Compatible model numbers include A1921, A2101, A2102, A2103 and A2104. It does not fit the smaller iPhone X or iPhone XS, the iPhone XR, iPhone 11 Pro Max or later iPhone models. Confirm the model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
Clean the phone and the inside of the case before fitting so grit is not trapped against the finish. Seat the top corners first, then press the lower edges into place. A separate screen protector can normally be used, although some edge-to-edge protectors may lift if their border overlaps the case.
Charging, antimicrobial limits and care
This is a standard non-magnetic case and does not include built-in MagSafe magnets. Its slim TPU construction is generally suitable for standard Qi wireless charging, but charger design, alignment and attached accessories can affect performance. Remove metal plates and cards before charging; remove the case if charging is interrupted.
The antimicrobial treatment applies to the case surface only. No current test certificate or named test standard for the original 99.99% claim was available during this audit, so JPC does not repeat that percentage or certification claim. The case does not protect the user or phone from illness and does not replace hand washing, normal cleaning or other hygiene practices.
The case can help reduce everyday scuffs and minor impact damage, but it cannot guarantee that the phone, screen or cameras will remain undamaged. No certified drop height, waterproof rating, scratch-proof guarantee or device-damage guarantee is claimed.
Remove the case before cleaning and wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Let it dry completely before refitting. Avoid soaking, bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners and excessive heat. Clear and light-coloured TPU may gradually change appearance with age, UV exposure, skin oils and environmental contact. Colours may also appear slightly different because of photography and display settings.
