    Setup Notes — Read Before Plugging In

    Plug-and-play setup. A QC3.0 or PD wall plug is required for full 15W speed.

    • Use a QC3.0 or USB-C PD wall plug rated 18W or higher.
    • Plug Type-C cable into the back of the Twig 2 base.
    • Snap iPhone onto the magnetic puck for portrait or landscape mode.
    • Drop AirPods case onto the front pad with the LED facing up.
    • Place Apple Watch on the side puck with the band laid flat.
    • Charging distance must be 4mm or less for stable Qi transfer.
    • Tap the LED button once for low, twice for medium, three times for high.
    • Hold the LED button to switch breathing mode on or off.
    • Phone case must be MagSafe-compatible (MagSafe-ring built in).
    • Thick or metal cases may block Qi charging — remove first.

    Yes. Three coils run at the same time on the Twig 2.

    Phone gets 15W, AirPods get 3W and Apple Watch gets 2.5W.

    A QC3.0 or PD plug rated 18W or higher is required.

    +Is a wall plug included in the box?

    No. The Twig 2 ships with a Type-C cable but no wall plug.

    Use any QC3.0 or USB-C PD plug rated 18W or higher.

    Lower-watt plugs will reduce phone charging speed below 15W.

    +Does the magnetic puck work with non-MagSafe iPhones?

    No. The magnet only snaps onto MagSafe-ready iPhones (12 onwards).

    Older iPhone 8, X, XS, XR and 11 sit on the pad without the snap.

    Wireless charging still works — only the magnetic lock is missing.

    +Will it work with my Galaxy Watch or Pixel Watch?

    No. The watch puck is designed for the Apple Watch only.
