Apple battery message
After replacement, Apple software may display an Important Battery Message, show an unknown-part notice or make Battery Health information unavailable unless the phone's original paired battery electronics are transferred or configured by a suitably qualified technician. A software message does not by itself indicate that the replacement battery is faulty.
Installation and safety
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Replacing this battery requires opening the phone and handling a lithium-ion component. Do not bend, puncture, crush or install a swollen or damaged battery. Disconnect the phone from power before work. Opening the device can affect its water resistance, and the original seal cannot be guaranteed after repair.
