This part may be suitable when a confirmed charging-port assembly fault causes unreliable cable detection, charging, data connection or related lower-assembly behaviour. Similar symptoms can also come from compacted debris, a damaged cable or charger, battery faults, software, liquid damage or logic-board problems. Diagnose the device before ordering.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Replacement requires device disassembly, battery isolation, careful removal of surrounding modules and adhesives, flex-cable handling, correct screw placement and full functional testing before resealing. Test charging, data connection, microphones and other nearby functions before final assembly.
Opening the phone can reduce its original dust and water resistance. A replacement part and adhesive do not guarantee restoration of the factory ingress-protection rating. JPC Mobile does not claim that the repaired phone will remain water resistant.

This repair part includes a 12-month limited product warranty covering manufacturing or supplied-part faults when correctly installed and used. It does not cover installation damage, cosmetic marks permitted by the PULL-A grade, impact, pressure, liquid damage, contamination, misuse, damaged connectors or flex cables, unrelated device faults, water-resistance claims, consumables or labour.
