Exact compatibility
This case is made for the Apple iPhone XS Max with a 6.5-inch display. Compatible model numbers include A1921, A2101, A2102, A2103 and A2104. It does not fit the smaller iPhone X or iPhone XS, the iPhone XR, iPhone 11 Pro Max or any later iPhone model. Check Settings > General > About before ordering if you are unsure which phone you have.
To fit the case, clean the phone and the inside of the cover first so dust or grit is not trapped against the device. Seat one end of the phone into the case, then press each corner into place without forcing the buttons. A separate screen protector can usually be used, but very wide edge-to-edge protectors may lift if they overlap the case border.
Protection, charging and care
The hybrid construction is intended for normal daily protection, but no phone case can guarantee that a device, display or camera will remain undamaged. No certified drop height, waterproof rating, scratch-proof guarantee or device-damage guarantee is claimed for this clearance product.
This is a standard non-magnetic iPhone XS Max case and does not include built-in MagSafe magnets. The iPhone XS Max supports standard Qi wireless charging. Charging may work through the case, but charger design, alignment and attached metal plates can affect performance. Remove cards, metal accessories and magnetic plates before charging, and remove the case if charging is interrupted or excessive heat develops.
Remove the case before cleaning. Wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry fully before refitting. Do not soak the case or use bleach, solvents, abrasive pads or excessive heat. Light colours can show marks more readily, and the appearance of plastics may change gradually through contact, UV exposure and normal wear. Product colours may also look slightly different on different screens or under different lighting.
Availability and supplier status
Crazy Parts no longer returns an exact result for the recorded IFACE-XSM-BLK SKU or the full product name in its current online catalogue. Shopify records 12 local units across the colour variants, so this product remains active as local clearance stock. Ordering is limited to the recorded quantity for each colour; supplier backorder is not promised.
