Diagnosis and installation
This part may be suitable when the original rear glass is cracked, scratched or cosmetically damaged while the frame and internal components remain serviceable. It will not repair a bent frame, damaged camera glass, wireless-charging fault, NFC fault, battery problem or liquid damage.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Replacement requires controlled heat, safe glass removal, complete adhesive-residue cleaning, frame inspection, careful alignment and firm sealing. Disconnect the battery before working near internal components and test all functions before final sealing.
Opening the phone can reduce its original dust and water resistance. A replacement panel and adhesive do not guarantee restoration of the factory ingress-protection rating. JPC Mobile does not claim that the repaired phone will remain water resistant.

It does not cover installation damage, cracks, scratches, colour variation, impact, pressure, liquid damage, adhesive failure caused by preparation or fitting, misuse, unrelated device faults, water-resistance claims, consumables or labour. This warranty is in addition to consumer guarantees, rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
