    Confirm It Is The Screen First

    Install Notes — Read Before Fitting

    • Power off and disconnect the battery before you start.
    • Warm the edges to soften the display adhesive. Lift slowly with picks.
    • Check camera bracket alignment before applying adhesive. Dry-fit the screen first. Misalignment can crack the panel.
    • Remove all screen protectors before first boot. The phone calibrates touch on bare glass.
    • Do not touch the display during the first boot. Calibration runs in the background.
    • Calibrate the fingerprint sensor after fitting. Use Google's tool at pixelrepair.withgoogle.com/udfps.
    • Opening breaks the IP68 seal. Water resistance cannot be fully restored.
    • Clean old adhesive and apply fresh adhesive to reseal the frame.

    Does the frame come attached? +

    Yes. This is a full assembly. The bezel frame is bonded to the display. You do not transfer the frame from your old screen. That saves time and lowers the risk.

    Is the fingerprint sensor included? +

    Yes. The under-display fingerprint sensor is pre-installed. Cheaper bare OLED screens often leave it out. You must calibrate the sensor after fitting the screen.

    How do I calibrate the fingerprint sensor? +

    Use Google's official tool at pixelrepair.withgoogle.com/udfps. Open it in Chrome on a computer. Connect a USB-C data cable and follow the prompts. The sensor pairs with the mainboard in minutes.

    What happens if I skip calibration? +

    The fingerprint sensor will not work. Biometric unlock fails until you calibrate. This is a normal step, not a fault. Run the Google tool once after fitting.

    Why remove the screen protector before first boot? +

    The phone calibrates touch and the sensor on first boot. A protector changes how the glass reads light and touch. Boot the phone on bare glass and do not touch it. Apply your protector after calibration finishes.

    Will it fit the Pixel 6 Pro or 6a? +

    No. It fits the standard Pixel 6 only. The 6 Pro uses a larger curved 6.7-inch panel. The 6a uses a smaller 6.1-inch display. Check your model number before ordering.

    Why does camera bracket alignment matter? +

    The Pixel 6 camera bracket sits close to the display. Misaligned holes put stress on the new panel. That stress can crack the OLED during assembly. Dry-fit the screen and check every hole first.

    What does the warranty cover? +

    The assembly is covered for 12 months. It covers display and touch defects from purchase. It does not cover cracks from drops or misuse. Keep your order receipt for any claim.
