    Clear 9H glass keeps your screen looking sharp and vivid — it is the most popular choice. Matte anti-glare glass diffuses light to reduce reflections outdoors and leaves less fingerprints. Matte is also better for stylus and Apple Pencil use as it feels more paper-like. Clear glass is better for gaming and media viewing.

    ▼ Will a protector work with my phone case?

    Most cases are designed to work alongside screen protectors. Slim cases pair well with flat glass. If you use a very thick or rugged case, check that it does not overlap the protector edges. Edge-to-edge glass may lift slightly with certain cases — this is normal and does not affect protection.

    ▼ Why can't I use rigid glass on a Samsung Z Fold or Z Flip?

    The inner screen on Z Fold and Z Flip devices bends at the hinge with every open and close. Rigid tempered glass cannot flex and will crack at the fold line. These screens need ultra-thin TPU self-healing film that flexes without breaking. For the outer cover screen, standard 9H glass works fine.
