    How To Fit, Remove And Care For Your Case

    Fitting

    Slide the top edge of the S22 Ultra into the case first. Press the bottom corners in, then snap the side rails over the chassis. No tools required. Should sit flush against the rear glass with no gaps.

    Removal

    Flex one bottom corner of the case outward to release the chassis. Lift the corner clear, then peel the case away from the rear glass. Avoid prying with metal tools that can scratch the rear glass.

    Cleaning

    Wipe the PC outer shell with a slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid alcohol, acetone or harsh solvents that can degrade TPU over time. The textured grip rails clean with a soft toothbrush and warm water.

    Pair With A Screen Protector

    For full screen protection, pair this case with a UV liquid-glue tempered glass protector designed for the curved S22 Ultra display. The case raised lip protects the front, the glass protector handles direct hits.

    REDEFINE drop tests the Heavy Duty case to 3 metres (10 feet) onto concrete in controlled lab conditions. The dual-layer PC outer shell takes the impact while the TPU inner liner absorbs the shock energy. Reinforced corners with internal air pockets carry the worst of any rotational landing.

    Real-world drops are more variable — landing angle, surface, ambient temperature and chassis condition all matter. The case is engineered to dramatically improve survival odds, not to make the phone indestructible. Pair it with a tempered glass screen protector for full coverage.

    Does this case fit the Galaxy S22, S22+, S23 Ultra or S24 Ultra? +

    No. This case is moulded specifically for the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908) chassis only. The S22 (SM-S901) is a smaller 6.1″ phone. The S22+ (SM-S906) is 6.6″ with a different camera layout and no S Pen silo. The S23 Ultra (SM-S918) has the same screen size but a revised camera island geometry. The S24 Ultra (SM-S928) has a flat display and a redesigned titanium frame.

    Verify your model number under Settings, About Phone, Model Number. Australian Galaxy S22 Ultra almost always shows SM-S908B. If yours shows anything else from the SM-S908 family (S908U, S908E, S908N, S908W, S908J, S9080) the case still fits.

    Can I still pull out the S Pen with the case on? +

    Yes. The bottom-edge cutout aligns with the S22 Ultra's built-in S Pen silo. Pull and re-dock the S Pen normally without removing the case. This is one of the basic requirements for an S22 Ultra-specific case — generic "S22 series" cases routinely fail this test.

    Note your S Pen sits in the bottom-left of the silo (when held screen-up). The cutout is moulded to that location only.

    Does wireless charging still work through the case? +

    Yes. Standard Qi wireless charging works through the case without removal. The total case thickness sits within the Qi spec for safe induction transfer to the S22 Ultra's wireless coil. PowerShare reverse-wireless charging from the rear glass also works through the case.

    Note: aftermarket fast wireless chargers above 15W may run slower or warmer with any case fitted — this is normal for any heavy duty case on any phone.

    Will the raised camera lip make the camera island sit flat? +

    Yes. The camera lip is approximately 1.5–2.0 mm tall, which fully covers the height of the S22 Ultra's separate-lens camera island. The case lip becomes the contact point with any flat surface, not the camera glass. Lenses-down in a pocket or bag is also safe from grit and surface contact.

    Each lens still sits in its own clearance ring — no pinching of the lens rings, no shadow or vignette in the photo or video frame.

    Does this case work with a tempered glass screen protector? +

    Yes, with one caveat. The S22 Ultra has a curved Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. Standard flat tempered glass protectors do not bond properly to a curved display. Use a UV liquid-glue tempered glass protector designed for the curved S22 Ultra screen for full edge-to-edge coverage and clean compatibility with the case lip.

    PET soft film and TPU film protectors also work with this case. Plastic-edge tempered protectors usually do not, because the case lip and the protector edge fight each other for the same millimetre of space.
