OLED and LCD screen assemblies carry a 12-month warranty. Batteries also carry a 12-month warranty. Charging ports, cameras, speakers, and small flex components have a 7-day DOA (dead on arrival) policy. Screws, adhesive, and tools carry no warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused during installation.

Screen replacement on Samsung S-series is classed as advanced. You will need a heat gun or iOpener, opening picks, suction cup, screwdrivers, and LOCA adhesive for curved screens. Watch your specific model repair guide before starting. If you are not confident, bring the device to a repair shop — a botched screen install will damage the frame and make future repairs harder.

The S21 Ultra has a curved display — the screen wraps around the edges. Replacing it requires UV liquid glue and a UV lamp. The S24 Ultra has a flat display — standard adhesive replacement. Always confirm your exact model before ordering a screen. The wrong screen will not fit and cannot be returned once installed.

Start with the charging port — this is the most common cause. Lint or debris in the port causes intermittent charging. Try cleaning it with a soft brush first. If cleaning fails, the charging port flex or sub-board needs replacing. If the phone charges wirelessly but not by cable, the port is the fault. If it will not charge at all, the battery or power IC may also be involved.

Green lines, pink tint, or colour bleed on a Samsung Galaxy screen are signs of a damaged OLED panel. This is not a software issue — the display itself needs replacing. Order the OLED screen assembly for your exact model. S23/S22/S21 Ultra models have curved OLED displays. S23 FE, S21 FE, and S20 FE use flat OLED or LCD.
