This part may help when call audio through the earpiece is missing, very quiet, intermittent or distorted while speakerphone audio still works. Diagnose the device before ordering because blocked speaker mesh, software settings, liquid damage or board-level faults can produce similar symptoms.
Availability and installation
This product may be sourced from our Australian supplier when it is not physically held at our Forest Lake store. An available status means it can be ordered; it does not guarantee same-day local pickup. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Disconnect the battery before working on internal components and test the part before final reassembly. Installation damage is not a product defect.
Warranty and Australian Consumer Law
