    Install Notes — Read Before Fitting

    • Drain the phone below 25% before you start work.
    • Heat softens the back adhesive so the cover lifts safely.
    • Never bend or puncture the cell. A pierced cell can catch fire.
    • Disconnect the old battery flex first to protect the board.
    • Lift the old cell with gentle heat and a plastic tool only.
    • Use an anti-static strap during the whole repair.
    • Seal with fresh adhesive to keep dust and water out.
    • Charge and drain fully two or three times to calibrate.
