    The back glass removal involves working close to the battery area. A punctured or bent charged battery can ignite. Draining below 25% significantly reduces that risk. This step is mandatory in any professional repair process.

    What does the 12-month warranty cover?+

    The 12-month warranty covers component defects under normal use. If a component fails within 12 months, contact JPC Mobile. Include your order number and fault description.

    The warranty does not cover installation damage. This includes cracks from incorrect fitting, or flex cables damaged during removal. Physical impact damage after fitting is also not covered. Colour variation from the original is not a warranty fault.

    Will the rear microphone and flash work after the repair?+

    Yes. The flashlight LED and rear microphone flex cable are pre-installed in this full assembly. Both components connect directly to the logic board during the repair.

    After a successful installation, flash and rear microphone function should be fully restored. This is one of the main advantages of a full assembly over a glass-only kit. A glass-only kit requires you to transfer these from your old broken glass.

    How long does shipping take and how is the part packaged?+
