Display and feature expectations
The original iPhone 8 Plus display is an Apple Retina HD IPS LCD with True Tone and 3D Touch. This BQ7 assembly is an aftermarket replacement, not a new genuine Apple service part. Colour, brightness, viewing characteristics, touch response and feature behaviour may differ from the original display.
True Tone may be unavailable unless the required display data is transferred with suitable equipment. This listing does not promise original-display calibration or feature equivalence.

Installation requirements
- Professional installation is strongly recommended.
- Disconnect the battery before connecting or removing display cables.
- Test image, touch, brightness, front camera, earpiece and home-button operation before removing protective films or completing final assembly.
- Transfer the phone's original home button carefully. Touch ID is paired to that original button and is not supplied by this screen.
- Do not fold, crease, stretch or force the display flex cables.
Water-resistance notice
Opening the phone can reduce its original resistance to liquid and dust. Fresh adhesive and careful installation may help with sealing, but the original factory water-resistance rating is not guaranteed after repair.
Fault diagnosis
This assembly may address cracked glass, display lines, touch faults or no image when the screen assembly is the cause. Other phone or board faults can create similar symptoms, so diagnosis is recommended before ordering.

This warranty wording does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
