    How do I fix Joy-Con drift on my Nintendo Switch?
    Drift is caused by a worn analog thumbstick module. We stock PULL-A replacement sticks in Black, Blue, Red and White. They fit Switch, OLED and Lite Joy-Cons. Order the part online. Bring your Joy-Con to our Forest Lake store for a professional swap.
    What is the difference between a BQ7 LCD and an AMPLUS digitizer?
    A BQ7 LCD is the full display panel — it includes the screen and backlight. An AMPLUS digitizer is only the front touch glass. If your image is damaged or dim, you need a BQ7 LCD. If the image is clear but touch is unresponsive, an AMPLUS digitizer may be enough.
    My Switch won't charge — what part do I need?
    Start by checking the USB-C port. If it looks fine, the fault is likely the M92T36 or BQ24193 power IC chip. These are the two most common charging ICs that fail. We stock all three parts. The ICs require soldering — our Brisbane technicians can diagnose and fix this for you.
    My Switch won't show picture on the TV — what's wrong?
    The most common cause is the Audio Video Control IC. This chip manages video output to the dock. We stock PULL-A tested AV ICs for the Switch. If not the IC, the dock or a cable may be the cause. Our technicians can run a proper diagnosis in store.
    Which AMPLUS battery fits my Switch?
    Switch and Switch OLED use the HAC-003 (4310mAh). Switch Lite uses the HDH-003 (3570mAh). Joy-Con controllers use the HAC-006 (525mAh). All three are stocked in this collection. AMPLUS batteries are CE and RoHS certified — a quality replacement brand.
    Can I change the colour of my Joy-Con controllers?
    Yes. We stock Joy-Con housing shells in five colour combinations: Yellow/Blue, Purple/Yellow, Red, Red/Green and Black. Swapping the shell is a common DIY mod. It takes about 30 minutes with the right screwdrivers. Our Forest Lake team can also do this for you.
    What does Pull-A grade mean for Nintendo parts?
    Pull-A means the part is a genuine Nintendo OEM component. It was removed from a real working console. Each part is tested and graded before sale. Grade A means no major defects. You get authentic quality at a fraction of the new part price.
    How long does shipping take across Australia?
    We dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days from our Brisbane warehouse. Delivery then takes 2-7 additional days depending on your location. Brisbane and QLD metro areas are usually faster. We use Australia Post and premium courier partners.
    Do you stock Nintendo Switch 2 parts?
    Yes. We stock Kinglas 9H anti-glare glass and a premium EVA travel case for Switch 2. More repair parts are being added as they become available. Check back regularly or contact us if you need a specific Switch 2 component.
    Can I bring my console to your Forest Lake store?
    Yes. Walk-ins are welcome. Bring your Switch, Joy-Con or any Nintendo console and we'll assess it for free. We give honest quotes with no obligation. We're open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 10am–5pm.
