    ⚠️ Important Before You Apply

    • Clean both surfaces with IPA first. Grease, dust or old adhesive will reduce bond strength.
    • VHB is a permanent bond. Removal needs heat and a fine pry tool. Plan placement before pressing.
    • Press firmly for 30 seconds after bonding. This activates both adhesive faces at once.
    • Wait 24 hours for full bond strength. Avoid load on the joint until then.
    • Apply above 15°C. Cold surfaces reduce initial tack. Warm the area in cool conditions.
    • Use tweezers for phone components. Finger placement risks misalignment at 3mm width.
