    Pick transfer tape over VHB foam tape when you need a flat, invisible, ultra-thin bond.

    • Bonding a phone screen, digitiser or LCD frame.
    • Bonding a tablet bezel or laptop screen panel.

    • Mounting signage, channel letters or printed panels flat.
    • Bonding plastic to metal or glass with invisible line.
    • Channel width is 10mm — the most common repair size.
    • Surfaces are clean, dry and above 10°C at install.

    Install Steps — Read Before Starting

    Easy install for any repair tech. Cleanliness is the only critical factor.

    • Wipe both surfaces with isopropyl alcohol to remove all oils.
    • Wait 30 seconds for the alcohol to fully evaporate off.
    • Cut a strip of tape to the channel length needed.
    • Lay the tape flat onto the first surface — no stretching.
    • Press the tape down firmly with a microfibre or roller.
    • Wait 60 seconds before peeling the red liner away.
    • Align the second part and lower it into place once.
    • Press the parts together with even firm pressure for 10 seconds.
    • Bond strength reaches 50% in the first hour after install.
    • Full bond strength reaches 100% after 72 hours at room temperature.
