Charging compatibility

The RX3 works with phones that support standard Qi wireless charging. Its 15W figure is the charger's maximum output; the actual rate depends on your phone, case, alignment, temperature and car power adapter. Compatible iPhones charge at the standard Qi rate supported by the device. The RX3 is not a MagSafe or Qi2-certified charger.

For the highest supported output, use a suitable QC 3.0 car power adapter. The car power adapter is not included. Remove metal plates, magnetic accessories and unusually thick cases if they interrupt wireless charging.

Installation and safe use

Fit the selected mount securely, connect the included cable to a suitable car power adapter, then align the phone's charging coil with the centre of the pad. Install the holder where it does not obstruct the driver's view or vehicle controls, and only adjust the phone when it is safe and legal to do so.
