If Face ID stops working: Check that all flex cables are properly connected and undamaged.

Yes, True Tone works with this screen. You just need to configure it using Apple's diagnostic tools after installation.

How to enable True Tone:

• Install the screen as normal

Soft OLED uses a flexible plastic substrate. Hard OLED uses rigid glass. Both display the same image quality, but they differ in other ways.

Hard OLED:

• More rigid, less flexible
• Can crack if bent during install

Yes. This screen fully supports 120Hz ProMotion. The scrolling will be smooth, just like the original screen.

What 120Hz means:

• The screen refreshes 120 times per second
• Scrolling looks buttery smooth
• Animations feel more responsive
• Games and videos look better

Note: Some cheap aftermarket screens only do 60Hz. BQ7 screens do the full 120Hz.

This screen fits the iPhone 14 Pro Max only. It will not fit any other iPhone model.
