About the 3 m test claim
The 3 m concrete-drop statement is a supplier-provided product test claim. It is not an independent JPC Mobile test, a military-standard certification or a guarantee that the phone cannot be damaged. Real-world results vary with the height, angle, surface, device condition and installation. No case prevents every type of screen, camera, housing or internal damage.
Compatibility
This case fits the iPhone 13 Pro Max only. It will not fit the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 mini. Check the model under Settings > General > About before ordering.
Colours and availability
Colour options are Black, Mint, Navy and Red. Mint, Navy and Red are currently orderable from the supplier when local quantity is zero. Supplier availability is not the same as stock physically held at JPC Mobile’s Forest Lake store and can change before dispatch. Black cannot currently be backordered because the exact supplier SKU is no longer present in the live supplier catalogue.

Fitting, charging and care
- Confirm that your phone is an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
- Clean dust from the phone and case before fitting.
- Insert one side of the phone into the flexible layer, then press the remaining corners into place.
- Check that the camera, buttons, speakers and charging port align correctly.
- Remove the case periodically and clean away trapped dust or grit with a soft, lightly damp cloth.
Wireless-charging performance depends on the charger, power adapter, alignment and other accessories. If charging is inconsistent, remove the case and test the phone directly on the charger. Edge-to-edge screen protectors can also vary in fit with raised case edges.

Is it a MagSafe case?
No MagSafe magnet ring is specified. The supplier states that standard wireless charging is supported, but results depend on the charging setup.
Can I order a colour with zero local stock?
Mint, Navy and Red can currently be ordered through the supplier. Black remains unavailable until the exact supplier SKU is verified again.
Does the case guarantee that my phone will not break?
No. It is designed to help reduce everyday impact and scratch risk, but it cannot prevent every type of damage.
