Compatibility
Fits Apple iPhone 11: A2111, A2221 and A2223.
Does not fit: iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone XR, iPhone XS or other iPhone models. Apple released the iPhone 11 in Black, Green, Yellow, Purple, (PRODUCT)RED and White; select the colour that matches the port trim on the handset.
When this part may help
- A known-good Lightning cable charges intermittently or only at certain angles
- The cable remains loose after the port has been carefully cleaned
- A computer cannot detect the phone through a known-good data cable
- A lower-microphone fault has been traced to the charging-port flex
Similar symptoms can be caused by compacted lint, a cable or power-adapter fault, the battery, liquid damage, or board-level problems. Diagnose the phone before ordering rather than assuming the dock flex is the cause.
Condition and installation
Pull-A means the assembly has been removed from a donor device, so minor cosmetic or handling marks may be present. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Disconnect the battery before fitting and dry-test charging, wired data and both lower microphones before applying adhesive or sealing the phone.
Opening the iPhone compromises its original seals. Fit new display adhesive during reassembly, but do not represent the phone as retaining its original water-resistance rating after repair.
Warranty
Covered by JPC Mobile’s 12-month parts warranty for an electrical fault in the part as supplied. Physical damage, torn flexes, bent connectors, liquid exposure, incorrect installation and faults caused by other components are excluded. Australian Consumer Law rights also apply.
