Xbox Series X Internal PSU — Power Supply Unit Model 1920, 315W Console Replacement
Genuine internal power supply unit for the Xbox Series X (console model 1882). Fixes dead consoles, won't-turn-on, random shutdowns, power-cycling loops, orange-LED standby lockups, surge damage and clicking PSUs. Pre-tested under load before dispatch. 100-240V auto-voltage with full OCP/OVP/SCP protection.
High-voltage safety: Xbox Series X uses an internal mains-voltage PSU. Disconnect from power for at least 60 minutes before opening the console to allow capacitor discharge. We strongly recommend a qualified technician handle this swap. Walk-in fitting available at our Forest Lake counter.

Power Symptoms This PSU Fixes
If your Xbox Series X is showing any of these classic PSU-failure symptoms, a fresh model 1920 internal power supply is the fix.
Press the power button and nothing happens. No fan spin, no LED, no boot chime — classic dead-PSU sign.
Console powers off without warning during gameplay. Worse under load — PSU rails are sagging when the GPU draws hard.
Console turns on, dies, turns on, dies — over and over without ever hitting the dashboard. Failing standby rail.
Front LED glows orange but the console refuses to wake. Standby rail is alive, main rail has dropped out.
Console died after a thunderstorm, brown-out or grid spike. PSU has taken the hit to protect the mainboard — swap and revive.
Audible ticking, buzzing or high-pitch whine from the back of the console — PSU caps or coils are on the way out.
A faint burnt-electronics smell from the rear vents. PSU has popped a capacitor — do not power on again until swapped.
Fan spins up, console seems alive, but no HDMI output and no green boot logo. Sagging rails starve the SoC during boot.

Installation Overview — Advanced Workshop Job
PSU replacement is a high-voltage repair. Mains capacitors hold a dangerous charge after the console is unplugged. We strongly recommend a qualified Xbox repair technician handle this. Walk-in service available at our Forest Lake counter.
Power down, unplug from mains and leave the console untouched for at least 60 minutes to allow PSU capacitors to discharge.
Remove rear case screws and slide off the outer shell. T8 / T9 Torx security drivers required. Work on an ESD mat.
Lift the PSU connector from the mainboard. Free the IEC inlet from the rear panel and unscrew the PSU mounting tabs.
Seat the new model 1920 PSU into the console bay. Re-fit the mounting screws. Confirm the IEC inlet sits flush at the rear.
Plug the new PSU connector firmly into the mainboard until you feel the latch click. Loose plug = boot fail or random shutdowns.
Power on with the chassis still open. Confirm fan spin, green LED and full dashboard boot. Then refit the outer shell and screws.
Safety warning: Mains-side PSU repair carries shock and fire risk if mishandled. If you are not trained in mains electronics, do not attempt this. Book the workshop install — the install fee is far less than emergency-room dental work.
