Compatibility
This cable is intended for phones, tablets, speakers, headphones, controllers, cameras, power banks and other accessories that have a Micro USB Micro-B charging or data port. Micro USB is an asymmetrical connector that fits in one orientation. It is different from the smaller Apple Lightning connector and the reversible oval USB-C connector.
Check the port on the device before ordering. A device described only as Android is not automatically compatible because many newer Android devices use USB-C. This cable does not convert USB-A to USB-C or Lightning and is not suitable for a device that requires either of those connectors.
Charging and data performance
The stated 2A and 480Mbps figures are maximum supported ratings, not guaranteed speeds for every device. Actual charging speed depends on the wall adapter or USB source, the receiving device, battery condition, temperature and device charging controls. A lower-output USB port will charge at its own supported rate. Actual file-transfer speed also depends on the computer, device, storage and file type.
This is a standard 5V Micro USB cable. It does not provide USB-C Power Delivery, proprietary high-voltage charging profiles or video output. Stop using the cable if the connector, strain relief or braided covering becomes damaged, loose, crushed or unusually hot.
Availability and care

Disconnect by holding the connector housing rather than pulling the cable. Coil it loosely and secure it with the included strap. Keep the cable dry and away from sharp bends, crushing, pets and excessive heat. Do not use it if the connectors are contaminated or damaged.
