Will it work on my iPhone?+
Yes — magnetic snap mode works on iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 (all Standard, Plus, Pro, Pro Max and mini variants), with or without a MagSafe-rated case. iPhone 11 and older still charge wirelessly via the Qi pad but the magnet won't engage — the pack will sit on top rather than click on. iPhone 15 and 16 also work via USB-C cable for fastest 22.5W charging.
Does it work with my case on?+
Yes — provided the case is MagSafe-rated (look for the "MagSafe compatible" label or visible magnetic ring). Apple's own silicone, leather and clear cases all qualify, as do most major brand MagSafe cases. Thick non-MagSafe bumper cases will weaken the magnet grip and may slide off — for those, use the Qi pad mode by laying the phone flat on the wireless surface instead.
How many full charges does 10,000 mAh give me?+
In real-world use you'll get around two full iPhone top-ups (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro is roughly 3,274 mAh — two full charges plus headroom). Wireless charging has natural inefficiency losses of about 25%, so wired USB-C delivers more total energy per charge cycle than the Qi pad mode.
Can I take this on a plane?+
Yes — carry-on only. At 37 Wh it's well under the 100 Wh airline lithium battery limit (the global ICAO/IATA standard followed by Qantas, Virgin, Jetstar, Singapore, Emirates, Qatar etc). Lithium batteries are NEVER allowed in checked baggage on any airline — always pack power banks in your carry-on bag.
Can I charge two devices at the same time?+
Yes — iPhone snapped to the magnetic pad on top, AirPods or earbuds plugged into the USB-C port at the bottom, both charging in parallel. Total output is shared between the two ports, so wired speed may step down slightly when both are active.
Can I charge a MacBook with this?+
No — 22.5W is not enough wattage for any MacBook. MacBook Air needs at least 30W, MacBook Pro 14" needs 67W, MacBook Pro 16" needs 96W+. This is a phone-and-tablet sized power bank. For laptop charging look at higher-wattage power stations.
How long does it take to recharge the power bank itself?+
Plug a 22.5W or higher USB-C PD wall charger into the FM11's USB-C port. From flat to full takes around 3 hours with a fast PD charger. With a slower 5W charger (like an old iPhone brick) recharge takes much longer — closer to 6–8 hours.
Is it safe to charge my phone overnight on this?+
Yes. The FM11 has multi-layer over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and short-circuit protection. Once your phone hits 100%, the pack stops delivering power. As with any lithium battery product, charge on a hard non-flammable surface (bedside table, not under a pillow / on a bed).
What's the warranty?+
Full 2-year Baseus manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Covers issues like faulty USB-C port, dead cells from manufacturing defect, magnetic ring failure, etc. Doesn't cover physical damage from drops, water immersion or use outside specified parameters. Contact JPC Mobile with your order number to action a warranty claim.
Will my Samsung Galaxy work with this?+
Yes — via Qi wireless pad mode (lay the phone flat) or via USB-C cable. The magnetic snap is iPhone-only because Samsung phones don't have the MagSafe magnet array built-in. USB-C charging tops out at the FM11's 22.5W output, so S22/S23/S24 Ultra users won't see the full 45W super-fast speed those phones support from a wall charger — but they will get standard PD fast-charge speeds.
