      Shipping was quick, part doesn't work and haven't gotten a response

      As the title says, I got the part fairly quickly, however upon installation and a secondary look by a repair professional, it revealed that the part was faulty out of the box, I've tried privately contacting the sales team but haven't received a response for 11 days as of the time of this review.

      Attached is the video taken after I installed the ordered part.

      It worked

      Fixed our unable to read disc issue. Just be careful of how you disassemble and reassemble the disc drive, took me a second attempt to make sure all the mechanical pieces were in the right place for it to work.
