    S24 Ultra and S25 Ultra look almost identical — check before you order:

    Both are 6.8-inch titanium flat-display Ultras. The S24 Ultra has the 200MP main + 12MP UW + 50MP 5x + 10MP 3x rear array launched January 2024. If you bought your phone in 2025 or later it may be the S25 Ultra — confirm in Settings > About phone > Model number. SM-S928 = S24 Ultra, SM-S938 = S25 Ultra.

    Important Care & Use Note

    Wipe the TPU bumper and PC back panel with a slightly damp microfibre cloth. Never use alcohol, acetone, bleach or harsh solvents — these dull and discolour the polycarbonate finish. Avoid leaving the case in direct summer sun on a car dashboard for hours to slow UV yellowing of pale-coloured TPU.

    Drop-test rating is a manufacturer-claimed industry standard, not a guarantee against every drop scenario. Real-world drop survival depends on landing surface, drop height, drop angle and whether the screen makes direct contact. The case is splash-resistant only, not waterproof — do not submerge.

    Yes — this Rhinos case is cut specifically for the 6.8-inch flat-display titanium Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It fits all regional variants including SM-S928B (Global), SM-S928E (Australia / India / Other), SM-S928U (USA), SM-S928W (Canada) and SM-S928N (Korea). It does NOT fit the smaller S24 or S24+, the older S23 / S22 Ultra, or the newer S25 Ultra.
    Will this case fit my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra?+
    No. The S25 Ultra (SM-S938) launched after the S24 Ultra (SM-S928) and uses a slightly different camera array geometry. This case is cut only for the S24 Ultra. Check Settings > About phone > Model number to confirm — SM-S928 is the S24 Ultra.
    What does "mil-grade" actually mean?+
    Honest answer — "mil-grade" means the case has been manufacturer-tested to MIL-STD-810G-style drop protection (1.22 metre drops onto a hard surface). It is NOT a US Department of Defense certification, and no consumer phone case carries an actual DoD-issued military rating. It is an industry-standard drop test that gives you a useful real-world reference for what the case will survive.
    What is 2-in-1 TPU + PC and why does it matter?+
    Two-layer construction — TPU is the soft flexible bumper that absorbs and disperses shock, PC (polycarbonate) is the rigid hard back panel that resists puncture and stops the case flexing under impact. Soft-only TPU cases give up on the first hard drop because there is nothing rigid behind them. The hybrid build is the standard for genuine drop protection.
    Will Qi wireless charging work through this case?+
