    Standard Qi wireless charging works through the TPU and PC layers. You can charge without removing the case. The iPhone 12 Pro Max has built-in MagSafe magnets. The MagSafe charger will find and align to them through the case.

    This case has no built-in MagSafe magnets. MagSafe accessory attachments (such as wallets and mounts) will not clip onto the case. Use a MagSafe-specific case for accessory support.

    No. The iPhone 12 Pro has a 6.1-inch screen and smaller dimensions than the 12 Pro Max. This case is shaped for the 12 Pro Max (6.7-inch) only. It will not fit correctly on the 12 Pro. Check your screen size in Settings → Display and Brightness to confirm your model.
    Does the case support wireless charging?
    Yes. Qi wireless charging passes through the TPU and PC layers without issue. Place your phone on any Qi pad or use the MagSafe charger while the case is on. You do not need to remove the case to charge wirelessly. Charging speed depends on your charger and pad — the case does not reduce it significantly.
    What does MIL-Grade protection actually mean?
    MIL-Grade refers to MIL-STD-810G — a U.S. Department of Defense durability standard. It involves 28 test methods covering drop, vibration, shock, humidity, and temperature. Passing these tests means the case has been verified to protect against real-world impact scenarios. It is the same standard used to test military and industrial equipment.
    How does Air Cushion Technology work?
    Air Cushion Technology places compressible air pockets inside the four corners of the case. When the phone hits the ground, the corners take the initial impact.     Does the case work with Face ID?
    Yes. The case has a precise cutout for the TrueDepth camera notch at the top of the screen. Face ID works as normal with the case on. Nothing covers the Face ID sensors or front camera. The notch area is fully exposed and unobstructed.
    Does the case cover the rear camera?
    No. The rear cutout exposes the full triple camera system and LiDAR scanner. All three lenses — Wide, Ultra Wide, and Telephoto — are fully accessible with the case installed. There is no plastic or material covering the camera glass. Add a separate camera lens protector if desired.
    Will this case fit the iPhone 12 mini?
    No. The iPhone 12 mini has a 5.4-inch screen and is significantly smaller than the 12 Pro Max. This case is shaped for the 12 Pro Max (6.7-inch) body. If you have an iPhone 12 mini, you need a separate case for that model.
