    Does this case support MagSafe?
    No. The Dux Ducis Skin-X has a magnetic closure for the flip cover — this is not the same as a MagSafe ring. The case supports standard Qi wireless charging only. For a MagSafe-compatible Dux Ducis case, look for the Skin X Pro series, which includes a 38-magnet MagSafe alignment ring.
    Does it fit iPhone 13 Pro or other models?
    No. This case is cut specifically for the iPhone 13 (6.1-inch, 2021). It will not fit the iPhone 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, or 13 Mini — all have different dimensions. It also does not fit iPhone 14 or iPhone 12. Always confirm your exact model before ordering.
    How does the kickstand work?
    The front cover folds all the way back and locks to the rear panel with a magnet. This creates a hands-free landscape stand for watching videos or video calls. The cover also magnetises flat to the back when open so it does not flap around during use.
    Is the outer material real leather?
    No. The Skin-X uses premium synthetic PU leather — not genuine animal leather. PU leather is scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and does not crack over time. It has a professional leather-like finish and feel. No animals are used in manufacturing this product.
    What does the honeycomb design actually do?
    The honeycomb grid on the back of the TPU frame improves airflow around the phone. This helps dissipate heat during extended gaming, video streaming, and navigation. It also reduces the amount of material touching the phone surface directly, which helps with temperature management.
    How many cards fit in the case?
    The built-in card slot holds two standard credit or ID cards. You can also fit one card plus a small amount of folded cash. The card slot is inside the flip cover — cards are accessible any time you open the case.
    Can I use Face ID with this case?
    Yes. Face ID works normally when the flip cover is open. The case has precision cutouts for the TrueDepth camera and Face ID sensors at the top of the phone. No re-setup of Face ID is required after fitting the case.
    Does the magnetic closure affect bank cards?
    The magnets in the Skin-X closure are for the flip cover only. They are not positioned near the card slot. Modern bank cards and transit cards use RFID chips rather than magnetic strips. The Skin-X does not include RFID blocking. If RFID protection is a priority, consider a case with that feature specifically.
    Does it come with a warranty?
