Compatibility
iPad 7th generation (2019): A2197, A2198 and A2200.
iPad 8th generation (2020): A2270, A2428, A2429 and A2430.
iPad 9th generation (2021): A2602, A2603, A2604 and A2605.
Check the model number on the rear housing or in Settings before ordering. This part is not compatible with iPad 10th generation, iPad Air, iPad mini, iPad Pro or 9.7-inch iPad models.
Black bezel selection
This listing is for the black-bezel version. Match the required front colour before ordering. Installing a black digitizer on a device originally fitted with another bezel colour will change its front appearance.
Digitizer or LCD?
This part replaces the outer touch glass and digitizer layer. It does not include the LCD panel underneath. Choose an LCD or complete screen assembly if the image has lines, black patches, bleeding, distortion, no backlight or no picture. Diagnose the device before ordering because damaged connectors or board faults can cause similar touch symptoms.

Home button and Touch ID
Transfer the iPad's original paired Home button assembly to retain Touch ID. A replacement Home button cannot restore the original fingerprint pairing. Handle the Home-button flex carefully during removal and installation.
Installation information
This is an internal tablet repair part. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Disconnect the battery, protect the LCD and flex cables during removal, confirm the correct camera and sensor alignment for the exact model, and test touch response across the full screen before final sealing. Damage caused during installation, excessive force or incorrect diagnosis is not a product defect.
