Does this case fit any other iPhone model?+
No. This case is moulded only for the standard iPhone 13 — model A2633, 6.1-inch. It does not fit the 13 mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, iPhone 12, 14, 15 or SE. Each iPhone model has a different chassis and camera-bump layout. Always check your model under Settings → General → About.
How many cards can I really fit in 9 slots?+
Each of the 9 interior slots fits one card snugly. The two side pockets each fit 1-2 extra cards or folded cash. Realistically you can carry 9-13 cards plus notes — enough to fully replace a leather wallet for most owners. The leather softens slightly with use, allowing a tighter fit.
Is the closure a magnet or a snap button?+
A tactile snap button — not a magnet. The Mansoor uses a thickened PU leather flap with a metal-rim snap closure that clicks shut. Many buyers prefer this over magnetic closures because there is zero risk of magnet interference with the iPhone or any cards inside. The snap holds firmly even when the wallet is full.
Is the leather real or synthetic?+
It is premium PU synthetic leather, thickened for the Mansoor range. PU leather looks and feels like real leather but is more durable, easier to clean and more colour-stable in the sun. It also avoids animal-product concerns. Many buyers prefer PU for daily-driver phone cases.
Can I use the case as a stand to watch videos?+
Yes. Fold the leather flap behind the iPhone and prop it on a flat surface. It holds the iPhone 13 at a comfortable landscape viewing angle. Works for video calls, streaming and recipe reading hands-free.
Will my colour look exactly like the photos?+
Photos are a close guide, but the actual colour may differ slightly. Studio lighting and your monitor settings both affect how leather looks on screen. Mercury also reserves the right to refine leather grain, pattern and trim over time as the product is improved.
Does it work with MagSafe accessories?+
No. The Mansoor is a non-MagSafe wallet case. The TPU shell does not have built-in MagSafe magnets, so it will not snap to MagSafe chargers, wallets or stands. If MagSafe is essential, you will want a MagSafe-specific case instead. Standard Qi wireless charging may still work but is not guaranteed with cards loaded inside.
Will my contactless cards still tap-and-go through the case?+
Most contactless debit and credit cards tap successfully through one layer of PU leather. For best results, place your most-used tap card in the top-front slot. Transit cards like Go Card, Myki and Opal also tap well from the front slot. Stacking cards too deep may interfere with the signal.

Does this case come with a warranty?+
No extended warranty. Dead-on-arrival cover applies for 7 days from delivery. If the case arrives damaged, with broken stitching or a faulty snap closure, email or visit our Forest Lake store and we will assess and resolve. Australian Consumer Law protections also apply.
