    Important Care & Use Note

    PU leather is a synthetic material — wipe clean with a slightly damp microfibre cloth, never alcohol, acetone or harsh solvents. Avoid leaving the closed case in direct summer sun on a car dashboard for extended periods to keep the outer finish supple. Do not immerse in water — the case is splash-resistant only, not waterproof.

    The four magnetic snap closures are set to a safe field strength but, like any magnet, keep the closed cover away from old-style magnetic-stripe hotel keys, parking access cards and credit cards stored elsewhere. Chip-and-PIN bank cards inside the wallet slots are unaffected.

    No — and we will never claim it is. The outer is synthetic PU (polyurethane) leather over a polycarbonate hard back panel and a TPU shock-absorbing inner shell. It is honestly labelled as a premium Hanman aftermarket accessory, not genuine animal leather and not an Apple-branded original.
    Why does Hanman use four magnetic snaps instead of one?+
    Single-magnet wallet cases fail at the clasp first — the magnet weakens after thousands of opens and the cover starts flapping in your bag. Four distributed snaps spread the closure load, give redundant retention if one weakens, and apply even pressure across the cover so cards never get squeezed out the top.
    Will this case work with MagSafe charging or MagSafe accessories?+

    What is TPU + PC + PU and why does it matter?+
    Three-layer construction — TPU is the soft inner cradle that absorbs shock, PC (polycarbonate) is the rigid hard back panel that stops the case flexing on hard drops, and PU is the synthetic leather outer. Most cheap wallet cases skip the PC layer and end up flexing or splitting on the first decent drop.
    Will the case fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max or iPhone 15 Pro Max?+
    No. All three are 6.7-inch screens but the chassis details differ — the 13 Pro Max has no Dynamic Island and a different camera bump, the 15 Pro Max uses USB-C and titanium with a slightly different camera array. This case is cut only for the 14 Pro Max with Lightning port, Dynamic Island, and the 48MP triple-camera + LiDAR rear array.
